Each business is unique and we are prepared to roll up our sleeves and develop a solution that employees can support and that limits disruptions to customers.

Mr. Gannon has over a decade of experience in the investment industry. His primary passion is for helping people and that is what led him into the financial services industry. His years of working with high-net-worth individuals, many of whom are small business owners, has taught him the value of small business to local communities as well as the need for thoughtful business transition strategies. He has seen the shortcomings of traditional private equity or upward buyout strategies and how they can negatively impact clients and employees of small businesses. With a mind for growth strategies and a compassionate and empathetic attitude, Mr. Gannon strives to create more conscientious transition plans. Additionally, a core belief is in the power of small business ownership for wealth creation and upward mobility, and he desires to see that power harnessed to create new opportunities for entrepreneurs and small business ownership. Mr. Gannon received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degree from Campbell University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Cum Laude, respectively. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Upon graduating high school, Mr. Cole served in the United States Marine Corps as a Reconnaissance Marine. His military experience taught him the importance of planning, adaptability, and resilience. In 2012, he built his first business from the ground up. By 2016 he was investing in real estate and purchasing an established business for the first time; the property management company whose services he utilized. Through this experience, he saw the opportunity that existed to provide small business owners with customized exit strategies. Mr. Cole’s curiosity is probably one of his strongest traits. He has endless amounts of energy to learn about new topics and ideas. He has spent the last several years researching investment strategies for a local investment advisor and finds it deeply satisfying to challenge investment assumptions and learn about niche investment solutions for everyday client problems. Mr. Cole earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, graduating summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He was also the recipient of both the Departmental Honors Award in Economics and the College of Business Impact Award for Research.
